7.6 System Settings

Only users with administrator rights will be able to access the System Settings page. This page contains options that enable and disable various system settings.

The system settings that can be enabled/disabled are shown below:

Accounting System

· Link to EMAS – If enabled, this option integrates EMAS.net with EMAS Accounting and Inventory. It enables the snchronisation of data between the systems.

· Link to Sales Orders – If enabled, sales orders entered into EMAS.net will be downloaded automatically to EMAS.

· Hide Stock Numbers – This option prevents customers from viewing actual stock numbers.

General

· Customer List - Initial Display - Enabling this option makes the Customer List page display its results only when a search is made, ensuring the full list of customers is not displayed by default.

Viewing Restrictions

· Customer List – Restricts the viewable list of customers to that of the user and the user’s team.
